I highly doubt the Elites and their entourage have been given the full brief. A good portion of humanity, including those of Pelasgian and Dravidian racial origins (which include a variety of ethnicities today) is said to be colonists of the fleet that is in offensive positioning in the orbit ring of Saturn. The speculation starts on the possible plan of intervention from the said fleet. Were they not interested about life on Earth, they would have already blasted their way through to us, as they did on Saturn not long ago.
The main goal of the fleet is to not allow the Drac alliance to depart with their weaponry intact. That is a given, knowing their history of enslaving planetary populations and leaving barren, lifeless planets behind. Their next stop is said to be around the Sirius B zone, which - if controlled - will have catastrophic consequences for a much wider region. There are specific properties around that area, which needs a much bigger breakdown. Thus, the CW fleet will not, under any circumstances, allow YHWH and the Dracs to conquer that place.
One of the primary goals of that fleet is to minimize damages done to our planet, as it hosts much more life than Saturn did (it was a militarized place, so everything was fair game).
Here is where the speculation from a variety of sources I talked with refers to. The 'arrival plan.' The very first thing the REAL fleet will do (not the Project Blue Beam false flag) is to wipe out all governments, elites, and their entourages. If a WW3 has ignited by that time, they expect the involved militaries to share the same fate. After all is said and done, the population is expected to be divided into three main categories: The Free Re-education, the Forced Re-education, and the Prisoners who will need to be absolved of their catastrophic work via community service. It is said there is an actual Prison-Transport war-planet here for that last two groups alone: Titan.
The ones of the First Group, will be presented two options.
1. Stay on Earth and help with the process of restoring the planet, its bio-sphere, and bio-diversity while the old academies of education will be rebuilt, or
2. Leave Earth and receive a new education on the cosmos and civilization at another place.
Again, the above are speculated plans, so I have no hard-evidence way of proving or disproving them. However, the fact remains, via even more sources, that the 'aliens' that are around Saturn's orbit and beyond, come from the same origins we are. So, there might be something more to it. Though, I have to admit something. I do find it funny how the English calls our galaxy Milky Way. This originated from the Hellenic word 'Γαλαξίας' which is a synthetic word, consisted of 'Γάλα' (milk) and 'αξία' (value). The reason behind it was that - as an entity - the galaxy represents "the value of nurturing of harboring light and life." On the color spectrum, it was because of its whiteish and glimmering gold colors, that - for the ancients - it represented the bright pathway into the mystery, into the 'unknown'. Hence the "way" synthetic of our 'Milky Way'.
As members of our galaxy, cells of a conscious universe, we were never meant to exist in suffering. This is the act of cancerous cells, the sick.
