You are amazing with not only how you write, but with, WHAT, you write...And, I am relatively "old"...72...I understood much of what you wrote here, but I don't quite get how, "the older/elders, getting off their ‘arses’ and abandoning the familiar for the sake of our civilization", will achieve a better outcome in this situation, somehow? Could you perhaps elaborate? Thx

Thank you so much for your kind words and I truly appreciate you taking the time!

Per my reference to 'older' ones, it refers to the people past their 26th birthday. Those who are in their 30s and 40s are in the most productive decades of their lives, where they can have an impact. Those are the main people I refer to. From there on, meaning 50s and older, people become more mature and have more influence over young generations. It can be through guidance, stories, or simply by 'planting the seed.'

When I was a young child, I would have treasured to have a grandfather simply inspiring my imagination with 'what is out there' or with 'how we can create something admirable for the world.' Every small thing counts as it is how we can build a better future. Even if it is a pebble at a time.

I hope this clears it out.
